to administer oaths arid take acknowledgments, personally ap-
peared LLQYD C. ROWE, who, after being first duly sworn by me,
upon oath says: that my name is Lloyd C. Rowe; that affiant is
also known as Lloyd Clarence Rowe and L. C. Rowe, and that he
and Grace Rowe are the parents of Lloyd C. Rowe, sometimes
known as .Lloyd Charles Rowe, the husband of Hetty Jean Rowe,
and that the said Lloyd Charles Rowe is presently in bankruptcy.
Affiant further states that he, Lloyd Clarence Rowe, is not
presently in bankruptcy and has never been declared a bankrupt.
Affiant states nothing further.
