Before the undersigned authority, duly authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
_ B. A. BITTAN, JR., who, after beinq by me first duly sworn,
upon oath says; that my name is B. A. Bittan, Jr.; that af-
fiant has, over the past several years, represented Lloyd
Clarence Rowe, who is sometinies known as Lloyd C. Rowe, and
also known as L. C. Rowe, and Grace Rowe, his wife. Affiant
further states that he has also represented the son of the
aforementioned Lloyd Clarence Rowe and Grac~ Rowe. whose name
is Lloyd Charles Rowe, but who has also been known as Lloyd
C. Rowa. Affiant further states that the wife of the afore-
mentioned Lloyd Charles Rowe is Betty Jean Rowe. Affiant
further states that he prepare3 the deed of conveyance from
Lloyd Charles Rowe and Betty Jean Rowe, his wife, to Raltz W.
Hancock and Dixie Lee Hancock, his wife, pertaining to Lot 5, ~
Block 2, Seminole Park Subdivision, as well as the second ~
mortigage from Mr. and Mrs. Hancock to L. C. Rowe, who is
actually Lloyd Clarence Rowe, the father of Lloyd Charles
Rowe. Affiant further states that he handled the transaction
wherein Mr. and Mrs, Hancock quit claimed the property men-
tioned above to L. C. Rowe and Grace Rowe, his wife (the said
L. C. Rowe being Lloyd Clarence Rowe).
