the above entitled Court, involving the property described below,

The North 106 feet of the South 309 feet of Government Lot 2,
Section 18, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, the NW corner
of said land being 224.61 feet South, as measured along the
range line between Ranges 40 and 41 East, of the SW corner of
