Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there- q on or placed therein, including all apparatus, eGuipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or ~ centrally ccxitrolled, used to supply heat, gas, air cortdiiioning, water, lighi, power, refrigeration, ventila- tion or other services, and any other thi~g now or hereafter therein or thereon, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters ~ (all of which are intended to be and are hereby declared to be a part of sa;d real estate whether physic- ally attached thereto or not); and also together with all easements and the rents, issues and profits or said prernises which are hereby pledged, assigned, transf~~red and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the Supplemental Agreement secured hereby.
