BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared BENJAMIN

CARLTON, each of whom being first duly s~orn did depose and say that the
first n~~ned affiants are the mortgagors and fhe last two named affiat~ts are the
witnesses to that certain mortgage from said mortgagors to First Federal
Savings and Loan AssoZ~iation of Fort Pierce dated May 25, 1971, recorded •
in O. R. Book 192, page 2921 encumbering the following described land in St.
Lucie County, Florida:
The S 36.6' of Lot 4 and the N 26.4' of I.ot 6, Blk. 3,
Sunrise Terrace, Plat Book 5, page 55, St. Lucie
County records.
and the affiant mortgagors say that they subscribed their names. to said mort-
gage deed in the presence of the named witnesses; and the named witnesses say
that both of said mortgagors did so execute ~aid mortgage deed in their joint
pre~ence and they did subscribe their names as witnesses to the execution of
