ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEM~NT made and entered into this~_day of
June, 1971 by and between EDMUND M. RADKE and DORIS M. RADKE,
his wife hereinafter called the parties of the first part and SUSIE
FAISON, whose mailing address is:

called the party of the second part.
WITNESSETH
That if the said party of the second part shall first make
the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter menrioned on her
part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part hereby
covenant and agree ta convey and assure to the said party of the second
j part, and her hzirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple,
by a good and sufficient deed, the following described proper.ty, together
with all improver:ter~ts thereon lving, being and situate in St. Lucie County

and the parties of the second part hereby covenants and agree to pay to
the said parties of the first part, as consideration therefor the sum of
SEV EN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTEEN & 28/l0~th DOLLARS.
($7, 416. 28) in the manner following: ;
There shall be paid the sum of $100.00 cash at the
time of the execution herear, the receipt w~ereof is
hereby acknowledged. The then remaining balance of -
$7, 316. 28 shall be paid in weekly installments of $20. 00
each. The first such weekly installment shall be due on
