Florida, wherein they acquired title to the follow~ing described property, to-wit: Lot 4, Block 22, Replat of Block 17, 21 and 22, FORT PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Bock I0, page 12, of the public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida. 2, That affiants are also one and the same persons as the persons named as BENJAMIN E. JAKUBOWASKI AND HELEN V, JAKUBOWASkI, his wife, in that certain mortgage in favor of Security Federal Savings a~id Loan Association of Indian River Count}~, dated blay 28, 1971, and recorded in Official Record Book 192, page 262~, public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the above described property. 3. Affiants confirm that~ they executed said mortgage and the nate secured thereby in order to gra~it to Security Federal ; Savings and Loan Association of Indian River Caunty a mortgage lien encumbering said property.
