The Grantor, MAXENE COOK WILBANKS, a married woman,
whose mailing address is 2109 Winnebago Trail, Fern Park,
Florid~ 32730, in consideration of one dollar, hereby
quitclaims to the Grantee, B^& G Groves, Inc., a Florida
corporation, whose mailing address is 21U9 Winnebago
Trail, Fern Park, Florida 32730, the real property described
below.

The S~1/2 of NW-1/4 of Sectiori 8, Township 37 South,
Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
The property described above is-~e same property conveyed b}
W. W. Carlton and wife to Maxene Cook Wilbanks under deed
dated March 30, 1962, recorded in Official Records Book 36,
page 121, S~. Lucie County, Florida. The property is not
hoanestead property. This deed is given to replace or confirm
a deed from the Grantor to the Grantee that was given or in-
tended to b~ given during January or February, 1966. This :
deed also extends to all easements pertinent to the property `
described above, including r.o ad and canal easements given
~ by W. W. Carlton and wife to Maxene Cook Wilbanks and others
under instrument dated May 7, 1962, reeorded in Official
Records Book 36, page 132, St. Lucie County,_Florida, and -
including reciprocal road and canal easements given between
Norman V. Huff and Maxene Cook Wilbanks and others under
instrument dated Aug.ust 1, 1962, recorded in Official Records
Book 53, page 611, St. Lucie County, Florida, and including
road and canal easement given by Allapattah Operating
Company to Maxene Cook Wilbanks and others under instrument -
dated May 19, 1964, recorded in Official Records Book 90, ~
page 33, St. Lucie County, Florida. `
