THIS WARRANTY DEED made this day of June, A,D., 1971,

That the grant~rs for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt where~f is hereby
acknawledged,hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
c~rivey and conf irm unto the grantees, all that certain land situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: ~

plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1C?, pages 63
and 64, of the Public Records ~f St. Lucie Cnunty, -
Florida,
together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging ~r in any wise appertaining.
TO NAVE kND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple f~rever, i

grantors have g~~d right and Lawful authority to sell and convey said t
