1. Right of the Gra~tees to drain water from the above prc~perty into
the ditcl~ belonging to the Grantor lying adjacent to and South of the Sunshine
State Parkway~ known as Turnpike, - ~ '
2, Right of the Grantees, their heirs and assigns, to fully use the
access easements across the property lying Ea5-t of the property hereby conveyeci,
under the terms of such easemer~ts, and with all rights conveyecl thereby, such
easements being nrnv held by the Crantor for itself ar;d its successors and assigns,
Together with all rights applicable to the above described property as
rereiveJ b~~ the Grancor under that certain Agreement dated June 22, 1970, frum
Herbert J, Knudten, et al to the Grantor and recorded in Official Record Dook 187, -
page 158, public recurds of St. Lucie County, ~~lorida, on September 26, 1970,
anc~ subject, however, to all terms and conditions of said Agreement.
TU HAVE ANDTO HOLD THE SAME, unto the said Parties of the Second
Part, their heirs and assigns forever, and the said Party of the ~irst Part does
hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
