ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

WHERE.AS, On .7anuary 12, 1956, ROB~RT E. FABER, did enter ~
into an agreement with St. Lucie County Sanitary Dis~rict Board ~
suthorizing said Board to enter upon the hereinafter described
lands with its equipment for the purpose of digging ditches and

building roadways accordingto such plat as the director of the '
sanitary district should prepare for the purpose of mosquito and
sand~ly control and eradication, which agreement was filed January
20, 1956, and recorded in Deed Book 209, p2ge 511, St. Lucie ,

County, Flarida, public records, and ;
WNEREAS, PERRY BOSWELL, JR., is presently the owner of
the hereinafter described property and has requested the termination
of the hereinbefore described agreement.
~iOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terans and ~onditions
of the said agreement of January 12, 1956, and in further consideration ±
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable

i consideratior~sgiven by the said Perry Boswell, Jr., to the undersigned,
~ it is agreed that the certain agreement between It~bert E. Faber and ~

; St. Lucie County Sanitary District Board dated January 12, 1956, filed ~
January 20, 1956, and recorded in Deed Book 209, page 51~, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records, it is hereby declared and the same
shall 6e null and void and termin~ted in all respects as :o the
following described real property situate, lying and being in St. #

A tract of land in Sections 22 and 27, Township 36
South, Range 41 East, bounded on the South by a line
parallel to and 4,470.83 feet northerly (measured at
right angles) from the South line of said Section 27;
~ on the North by a line parallel and 5,767.86 feet
~ northerly (measured at right angles) from the South ~
line of said Section 27; on the west by the waters of ~
the Indian River and on the East by the waters of the ~

Atlantic Ocean.
