The Lessee will cauae to be Nritten a policy or pol- icies of insurance in the Porm generally kno~n as Public Lia- bility and Property Damage and/or OMner's Iarxilord and Tenant Policies, and Boiler Insurance Policies ~?hen there are boilers . included in any improvements located on the Demised Premises, insuring the Lesaee against any and all claims and demanda made by an~r peraax? or persons whomsoever for in~uries received in connection xith the operation and mainte»ance oP the improvements ; and buildings located on the Demised Premisea, or for arqr other ~ risks insured againat by such policies, each clase of ~hich o2lcies ahall have been ~ritten rrith limits of not leas than ~500,000,00 for damages incurred or claimed by any one peraon, and Por not less than +1,000,000.00 for dam~ges incurred or claimed by more than one peraon as a resu2t of any aCCident or i~ncident. All such policies ~ri1Z name the Leasee and Lessor, aa their respective intereats may appear, as the parties inaured by ~ such policy or polieies, and the original or a true copy of each ; _ of such policies shall be delivered by Lessee to Leasor prompt ~ upon the ~?riting oP such policy or policies, together Mith adequ8te { evidence o!' the P~ct that the premlums therefor are paid; ar~d, ~ in any event, such policies and evidence oP paqment by the Les- ~ see of the premiuma shall be delivered by the Leasee to Lessor = before the eapiration of any then similar cov~erage and in time ~ to assur~e tiie Lessor that auch coverage xill be carried contin- ~ uously.
