29. Notiee. Whenever, under tr.e terms of thia Lease Agraement,
rePerence ia mace to the giving of notice by one of the parties hereto
to the other, or Nhenever either of tAe parties ahall deaire to giv+e
notice of any matter to the other, such notice shall be given and ahall

31. Severability. The invalidity in Nhole or in part of ar~,y cov- ~
enant, pro se or un ertaking or any section, sub-section, sentence, ~
clause, phrase or word, or of any section, suh-section, sentence, ~lauae, ~
phrase or r~rord, or oP any provision of this Lease, shal~ not affect the
validity of the remaining gortiona thereof.
32• Captions and Titles. The captions and titles contairied in i
th~s Lease are or conven ences and reference only and in no Nay shall `
serve to ~imit or describe the scope or in~ent of this Lease or any part
hereof .
33• Termination of Condominium. A voluntary or involuntary ter- ;
mination o. e ssee, or o e ondominium created by vt rtue of the
Declaration of Condominium, shall not terminate this Lease. ~n the
event of a voluntary or involuntary termination oP the Lessee, wherein
the Condominium is not 2ikewiae terminated, the succesaor asaociation ~
to the Lessee, organi zed or constituted accordirg to the applicable stat- 3
utes af the State oP Florida as contaifled in the Condond nium Act, shall
assume and ahall be charged with all of the duties, obligations and re-
sponsibilities of the Lessee hereunder. In the event of a voluntary or
involuntary termination of the Condoiainium all of those persons o~+ning
a condominium unit as of the date of termination of the Condominivm
shall automatically and by operation oP the Lease-~ointly and severally ;
constitute the Lessee hereunder and shall ~ointly and severally be ob- i
ligated to perform each and every of the Lessee's covenants and prom- ~
ises and undertakings herein provided for. Upon a condominium unit oxn-
er^acquiri~g an interest 3n the Lesaee's rights under this Lease, or ~
be .oming a Lessee urxler the term~s of this Lease, by reason of termina- ~
tion oP the Condominium, his righ*,s hereunder may thereafter be assigned ~
only iP there then be no default in any of the provisions of th3s Lease, '
and only if such assignment be in connection xith a saZe, transfer, or
hypothecation of aIl of his rights in the property which was, prior to
terminatlon~of the Condominium, coridominium property, excepting oflly
and pr~ovided that ar~y institutional first nartgagee which shall become
an or~mer of a conciominium unit or a tenant in com~nc,n in what had been
condominium property by foreclosure of deed_in lieu of fore~losure,
shall not be liab3e or obligated in any way by thE provisions of this
aection, but the grantee of any such institut3onal mortgagee shall be
fully liable and obligated for the payment of a proportionate share oP
the renta? due and attributable to such cond~minium unit during such
period of time as the condominium unit shall be occupied by a tenant or
lessee holding under, by or through sueh instituti~nal first mortgagee.
