A voluntary or involuntary ter- ; mination o. e ssee, or o e ondominium created by vt rtue of the Declaration of Condominium, shall not terminate this Lease. ~n the event of a voluntary or involuntary termination oP the Lessee, wherein the Condominium is not 2ikewiae terminated, the succesaor asaociation ~ to the Lessee, organi zed or constituted accordirg to the applicable stat- 3 utes af the State oP Florida as contaifled in the Condond nium Act, shall assume and ahall be charged with all of the duties, obligations and re- sponsibilities of the Lessee hereunder.
