35. Amendmenta. Once recorded, thia Ninety-Nine Year Lease may
not be amen e eacep by inatrument in writir,g eaecuted by tne part3es
hereto, duly recorded in the Public Records oP St. Lucie County, Florida.
36. ~C~o~pi_~es: A copy of this Ninety-Nine Year Lease shall be ax- ~
hibited or aelivered to each person contracti.ng to acquire a condomi-
nium un3t in the Comiominium from the Develaper, for the purpose oP
mak.ing Pull diaclosure oP all of the terms and provisions hereof. Each I
such person expressly agrees and consents that minor changes, deletior~s, ~
additions and amendments may be made to this Lease prior to the record-
a}ion thereof, and Nithout further advice or notice to such peraon,
for the purpoae of correcting typographical errors, complying Mith the
requirements of an institutional mortgagee, or for other rea~on, pro-
videcl such deletion, addition and/or amendment ahall not materially
adversely affect the righta of such peraon ot the Lesaee hereunder.
