instrument shall have no effect upon said instrument dated
August 11, 1970, which remains in full force and effect.

executed in the name of and on behalf of the Trustees of Guardian~
Mortgage Investors and not individually, and the obligations in any
document executed by Patrick M. Ahern, A. H. Adams III, J. Bart
Abstein, Betty Alderman or W. L. Jeter, as att2rney for and on behalf
of the aforesaid Trustees, to-wit: Gordon A. Taylor, Churchill G.
Carey, Eugene L. Ar~ber, J. C. Tyler, Jr., John D. Uible or James H.
Winston, pursuant hereto shall be understood and expressly stated to
