A. The Power of Attorney granted to her by CALVIN
KOVENS, sometimes known as CAL KOV~NS, dated February
12, 1971, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibit •'A", remains in good standing and in full force ~ -
and effect, and has not been revoked, altered, amended or modified
_ in any way, and that same has been in full force and_effect since
February 12, 1971, continuously.
B. She knows of her own kno~vledge that CALVIN KOVENS
is sui juris and she further warrants and represents that she has
no knowledge, nor has sh~ received actual notice of the death of
CALVIl~I KOVENS or of any facts indicating his death.
C. The aforesaid Power of Attorney has been recorded
or shall be recor~ed in Dade, Broward, St. Lucie, Indian River ~
and Brevard Counties in the State of Florida, and in such other

'C Counties in the State. of Florida or elsewhere as ~ The Miami Beach .

First National Bank shall reasonably require, and thits Affidavit may
be so recorded in such Counties or elsewhere, a.s may be required
by Th~ Miami Beach First National Bank.
