_ The ASSIGNOR covenants and agrees that all monies due under the

aforesa ~d promissory note and mortgdge, whether by way of principal,
interest or otherwise, are hereby assigned to the BANK ands at the option
of the BANK, shall be paid directly to the BANK and be applied to the
indebtedness of the ASSIGNOR to the BANK as hereinabove described,
until such time as said indebtedness, including principal, interest and
any costs incurred by the BANK in the premises, shall have been paid
in full.
