or hereinafter located upon the following legally described property:
Lots i3 to 66, both inclusive, of Unit One, MARAVYLLA GARDENS,
according to the plat tbereof on file in Plat Book 6 at Pag~ 55 of the
Public Records o# St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the right-
of -way of Windsor Avenue lying between Lots 59 an~l 60~ aforesaid;
Garden Avenue lying between Lots 63 and 64 aforesaid; Park Boulevard
lying between Lots 65 and 66; and the canal right-of-way between Lots
