That W.R. BISHOP party of the first part. in consideration
of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United
S~ates, to him in hand paid by MARGARET M. BISHOP, party of the ~
second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled~ed has granted,
bargained, sold, assiqned, transferred and set over, and by these
presents does qrant, bargain, sell assign, transfer and set over
unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of
mortgage bearinq date the.l2th day-of May in the year one thous-
and nine hundred and seventy one made by JOHN H. HENDRY and
ARCHIE A. HENDRY, III, and recorded in O. R. Book 192, page 1537,
public rscords of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following
