1. Affiant is the widow of Thomas M. Monahan, who died
at Hollywood, Broward County, Florida, on the 15th day of April,
1971. .
2. At the time of his demise the said Thomas M. Monahan
and your affiant were the owners; as an estate by the entireties,
of the following described real property~sit~uate, lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 13 Blk. 1330 of Port St.Iucie,
Florida, ~

Lots 27 and 28 Block 1357 of Port
St. Lucie, Florida.
3. Your affiant and the said Thomas M. Monahan were
