owner to compiy with the restriciion herein provided, then and in any :
such event the Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives, successors ~
and asSigns, may enter upon the property and undertake to perform
such maintenance (inciuding, but not limited to, cutting, clearing,
weeding and cuitivating the lawn). Any cost or expense incurred by
the Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns,
in any such undertaking shall be repaid by the owner, tpgether with
interest at the rate of seven (7) per centum per annum, and may be
secured by a lien against the owner's parcel of property enforceable
in the same manner, ar.d to the same extent, as is prnvided for
mechani~s' or materialmen's liens under Florida Statutes as now in
force or as hereafter amended.
5. The Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns, may assign the enforcement provisians of the~e -
restrictions, or any of them, to an~association of the owners of parcels
withinBEACH CLUB COLONY, SECTION ONE, to be formed hereafter. _
6. The restrictions provided herein shall be reai covenants and
run with the land. ~cept as otherwise provided herein, in case the
Grantee, his, her or their heirs, legal representatives, successors ;
or ass~gns shall violate or fail to carry out any or all of the stipulated ~

conditiens as prnvided herein, proceedings to enforce compiiance there~
with by injunction or other suit or otherwise may be brought," at the
option of the Grantor or his assigns. Any owner of other lots or parcels
bought subject to these same restrictions may proceed similarly. No
failure or omission to bring such suit or take such other proceedings as
may be deem ed necessary shall be held to be a_ waiver of any right in the ;

The terms "Grantee" and "Owner", as used herein, shall
