of America. the holder of three (3) mortgages executed by BEACH CLUB COLONY
OF STUART, INC. , a Florida corporation. to ~rst Federal Savings and Loan `
Association of Martin County, respectively. (a) dated December 15. 2970 and
recorded in Official Recorda Book 188. page 281 i; and (b) dated January 22, 19? 1
and recorded in Official Records Book 189. page 2416; and (c) dated April 30. 1971
and recorded in Official Records Book 192. page 502. all acc~rding to the public
records of St. Lucie County. Florida. in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10. 00) and other good and valua~le considerations. hereby on this 20th day of

11. St. Lucie Countv, Florida, pubZic records, more particularly described as
follows;
The point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of said Lot 2; thence run
South 23°49'31" East along the easterly line of said Lot 2(same being the westerly
Right-of-way line of State Road A-1-A) for a distance of 49. 60 feet to a point;
Thence run South 66°10'29" West for a distance of 117.00 feet to a point; thence
run North 'L3Q49'31" West along the westerly line of said lot for 49. 60 feet to a
