Any cost or expense incurred by the Grantor~ his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, ~ in any such undertaking shall be repaid by th.e owner, together with interest at the rate of seven per centum per annum, and may be secured by a lien against the owner's parcel of property enforceable in the same manner, and to the same extent, as i$ provided for mechanics' or materialmen's liens under Florida Statutes as now in - ! force or as hereafter amended. . i 5. The Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, may assign the enforcement provisions of these restrictions, or any of them, to an association of the owners of parcels - ' - withinBEACH CLUBCOLONY, SECTION ONE, to be formed hereafter. ~ 6. The restrictions provided herein shall be real covenants and run with the land. E~cept as otherwis e provided herein, in cas e the Grantee, his, her or their heirs, legal representatives, successors i or assigns shall violate or fail to car: y out any or all of th2 stipulated conditions as provided herein, proceedings to enforce compliance there- - with by injunction or other suit or otherwise may be brought, at the ~ option of the Grantor or his assigns. Any owner of other lots or parcels bought subject to these same restrictions may proceed similarly. No failure or omission to bring such suit or take such other proceedings as ~ may be deemed necessary shall be held to be a ~vaiver of any right in the ~ ~ Grantoror any lotor parcelowner to enforce compliance withthese conditions.
