THIS MORTGAiGE DEED executed the ~li day of July, 1971, by ~

CUSHMaN S. RADEBAUGH, SR., CUS~~tAN S. RADEBAUGH, JR., LeRdY N.
RADEBAUGH and HANS GROSRL06, parties of the firs~ part, hereinafter -
called the Mortgagors, to D. L. SCOTTO ~ C0. INC., a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State-of Florfda3-with
its principal place of business in the City of Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie
County; Florida, party of the second part, hereinafter called the
Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH, that for divers good and valuable considerations,
and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in five (5)
certain promissory notes of even date herewith, each_beittg in the -
~ principal amount of SIX THOUSAPID TI~tEE HUDIDRED ($6, 300.00) and each ~
drawing interest at the rate of Seven (7~) per cent per annum, payable
annuall~, due on or before one, two, tY~ree, four and five years
. after date respectively,-the said mortgagors do hereby grant, bargain, • .

~ its successors and assigns, in fee sinple, all those certain pieces
or parcels of land situate in the city of Ft. Pierce, County of St.
Lucie and State of Florida, more part~cularily described as follows_,
to-wit :
Lots 4- 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 26 27 of Block 4,
TUCKER TERRACE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, page 54 , Public Records
of St. Lucie County,-Florida
TNIS IS A PURCHASE 1~IONEY MORTGA~E
It is expressly agreed that the Mortgagors shall be entitled
to the Partial Release of any one or more of the above described lots,
at any time, upon paying therefor the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundrea
($4,500.00) Dollars per lot together with all interest on the entire
u~aid indebtedness to such date, such partial release payment to be in
addition to any payments theretofore made upon the mortgage indebtedness;
and provided furthp,r that partisl releases shall be of contiguous lots.
