SATISFACTION OF CLAIM OF LIEN
- IQ~TOW ALL MEN BY TH$SS PRSSENTS, That B. A. BITTAN, JR.,
as Attornzy for TRANS-STATE DRfiDGING COMPANY. executed a
Claim of Lien against propzrty owned by OUTDOOR R~SORTS OF
AMERICA, INC., more particularly described ~n Claim of Lien

filed in Official Records Book 192, at"pages 2664 and 2665
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WI~REAS, OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC. has fully
paid the unpaid balance of $46,102.90 as set forth in said
Claim of Lien;
NOW, THERSFORS, B. A. BITTAN,- JR. as Attorney for the
~ Lienor, TRANS-STATE DREDGING COMPANY, hereby acknowledges
full payment of the debt whereupon which said Claim of Lien ~
was based and does hereby release, quit-claim,.exonerate and
~ ~
~ discharge the property more particularly-described in the ~
~
f afor~neritioned~Claim of Lien from the Claim of Lien and the
operation thereof.
~ IN WITNESS WHBREOF, the said B. A. BITTAN, JR. as
Attorney for TRANS-STATE DREDGING COMPANY, a Florida cor-
poration, has caused these presents to be executed in accord-
ance with law this day of June, 1971.
