8efore me, a Notary Public in and for the State of Wisconsin
at Large, an'officer duly authorized to administer oaths, personally
appeared EDWARD T. PRICE, who, being first duly sworn, deposed and said;
~ that he is the son-in-law of Edna L. Callows and Walter Callows,
deceased; that Edna L. Callows survived her husband, Walter Callows
who died at For~ Pierce, Florida; that later, Edna L. Callows ~ied
at Mequon, in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin on t he 5th day of November,
1970; that the said Edna L. Callows, deceased, left only the following
named persons as her sole hei=s:
