KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that MARY L. BAUGHMAN,
joined by her husband, JAM£S BAUGHMAN, 6501 South Federal Highway,
Fort Pierce, Florida, of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), lawful money of the United States of
America, and other valuable considerations, to them in hand paid
by EDWARD PRICE and ELLEN FRICE, his wife, Route 2, Box 110,
Grafton, Wisconsin, 53024, of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknawledged, have granted, bargained, sold, assigrLed, trans-
