HomeMy WebLinkAbout2163 L E A S E ~~-THIS LEASE is made in St. Lucie County, Florida, on this the first day of June, A. D. 1971 between VIRGIL BURTO,~1 and BETTY BURTON, his wife, and FON CHILDRES and BIANCNE CNILDRES, his wife, hereinafter referred to as the "LESSORS" and ELECTRA- TRONICS, INC. , a Florida corporation at y :~,~1.- y~~~ , Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE": WITNESSETH that in consideration of the sum of $350.00 and other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties hereto, it is agreed between the Lessors and the Lessee as follows; to-wit: 1. That the Lessors will lease to the Lessee for a ',period of three (3) years from June 1, 1971, the follow3.ng '~described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit; "Lot 18 Block Pinewood S%~ as per plat thereof recorded in plat Book 5 at page - 24 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Sub3ect to the right-a-way for ; I1. S. 41 and subject to the portion c~f the premises naw being occupied by Malcolm E. Brown. The premises being occupied by Brown is on the back one-half of the building. The premises bein~ leased are the premises foniaally occupied by Electric~Motor Works, Inc. 2. That the Lessee agrees to pay as rental on the aforesaid property the sum of $350.00 per month~ the first payment to be~paid on June 1, 1971, and a lxke payment shall be paid thereafter on the first day of each succeeding month for total period of 36 months. Receipt is acknowledge of the June 1, 1971 rental payment. 3. That thc Lessee further covenants and agrees that said premises and all building and improveaaents placed thereon, ~ during the term of this lease, shall be used only and exclusively for lawful purposes, and that said Lessee will not ~ use, or suffer any one to use, said premises or buildings for any purpose in violation of the laws of the United States, the State of Florida, or the ordinances and-regulations of a munici- pality having jurisdiction over the leased premises. The Lessee covenants and agrees to save said Lessor harmless from every such violation. 4. That the Lessee shall be liable to the Lessor for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees and damages which may be - incurred or sustained by the Owner by reason of the Lessee's - reach of any of the provisions of this indenture.
