Florida, ~ Personally appeared before me OLGA S~ MORGAN who says; . 1. That during the year 1968 the above described real property was purchased by affiant in conjunction with Edward J. Cox and Mabel S. Cox, his wife. 2. Ttrat_.1V~abe1 S. Cox is the §i~t~r of affiant. 3. That affiant provided one-third of the purchase price required to secure a conveyance of said property, and subsequent to 1968 has fully con- tributed toward all improvements to said property to the extent of one-third. 4. That it was affiant's understanding and intention at the time of closing that her interest in said property be legally evidenced by conveyance - to her of an undivided one-third interest. , 5. That utikaown to affiant, the legal title to the above real ro ert ~ P P Y ' was conveyed in its en'ti~ety to Edward J. Cox and Mabel S.
