undersigned notary public authorized to administer oaths
in said state and county, deposes and says that affiant
is the surviving spouse of JOHN W, ADDERLEY, who died on .
the 27th day of February, 1964; that affiant and said
decedent were married to each other on the 14th day of
September, 1949; that the one and only marria~e between
affiant and said decedent was never terminated by divorce
or annulment, but t~ras terminated by the death of said decedent on
the date mentioned above; and that this affidavit is made,
executed and recorded among the public records of St. Lucie
~ounty, Florida, for the purpose of showing that affiant is
the sole owner of_the following described real property situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
