title shall be found unmarketable as above specified and in
such event each sale shall be closed kithin 10 days after notice
and proof that all defects in title specified by ~RUSTr.E have

ALLEN shall pay for the abstract and all continuations ~
required herein and for stamps on each deed and for intangible
tax and recording of each Mortgage. TRUSTEE shall pay for the
cos~-flP recording each deed and for documentary stamps on each
Mort~age Note.
