(e) The institution of foreclogure action against

14. Failure hy the Mortgaqee to exercise any of the

waiver of any rights or options under said agreer.ient, note or ~
this mortgage accrued or thereafter accruing.

indebtedness hereby secured, because of the failure of the ~
