This release clause will rer.?ain in full force and effect
until the principa~ or interest due under this obligation has
Ueen paid in full or a final decree in forecl~sure has been
entered.
27. This Mortgage is qiven to secure the indebtedness
hereinabovc described, and is also given to as additional -
security to secure the unpaid balance of all Promissory Notes ~
heretofore r.iade by Mortyagor in favor of riortgagee, including
specifical_ly that certain nate dated October 14, 1970, in the
sum of $5,100,000.00, and secured by Mortgage dated October 14,
~ 1970, recorded on Octoaer 21, 1970, in the office of the Clerk, -
_ - St. Lucie County, Florida, 3~ ok 187, Page 2419, a description
of ~ahich property,` is contained in Exhibit "A-1", hereunto
annex~d and made a part hereof, it being agreed that a default-
according to the terms of the aforementioned mortgage of
October 14, 1970, shall constitute a default hereunder.
