and all rents, issues. praceeds. and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, alt of which are i~cluded

cooking, cefrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating. irrigating, and power systems, aachines, appliances, fix-
tures, and appurtenances. which now are or may hereafter pedain to, or be used with, in, or on said premises, even
though tliey be detached or detachable. ;

ful tor the mortgagee, at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy. and enjoy said land, and every
