A11 Lots in BEACH CLTJB COLONY, SECTION ONE, ~ according to the Plat thereof~ :iled May 13~ 1971 and recorded in Flat ' Book 16, Page l l, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records,shal,l be used exciusively for residential puYposes~ with the exception that Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of said subdivision may also be used for business ~ ; ; purposes. 2. No tents~ housetrailers or temporary buildings shall be erected or placed upon any lot, without the prior written consent of the Grantor herein. No wire fence shall be erected on any lot or part thereof, and no fences of any kind shall be erected on any lot or portion thereof which exceed an average of four (4) feet. 3. No livestock or fowl shall be p~rmitted on said property; nor shall any nuisance be permitted or carried out on said property. 4. Upon each lot has been constructed a duplex dwelling, con~ sisting of two (2) approximately equal but separate parcels. The owner of each such parce2 shall be responsible for the maintenance and ~ ! repair of said parcel, and with cutting, clearing, weeding, cultivating, . and otherwise maintaining the lawn on said parcel.
