THIS AGREE~IENT made this ~~ay of May, 1970_,
. by and between DONN~ GUILFOYLE ROSS, hereinafter called
the Wife, and HARRY JACKSON ROSS, hereinafter called the
Rusband,
~ 111IT~1ESSETH:
The partie3are husband and wife. They were
married on January 19, 1952, at ~iiami Beach, Florida,.
The children of the marriage are as follows: JULIA
VSRONICA, born May 18., 1956; BARBARA GAYNELLE, born
January 10, 1958; SALLY FRANCES, born June 16, 1961;
and SUZANNE MARY, born December 8, 1967. No_additional
issue is contemplated. -
As a result of disputes and irreconcilable
~differences, the pa.rties have separated and are now living ~
apaxt. It is their intention to continue to live apart
for the rest of tlieir natural lives and they, therefore,
desire to settle their respective property rights and to
~ , ~ -
~ agree on support provisions for the Wife and the children.
