4. The Husband shall pay to the Wife for her
support and maintenance, the sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($25,000.00) per year, payable in twelve (12)
equal monthly payments, payable in aavance on the first
day of each month, which said payments ~shall terminate
~ upon the death of the Husband. The Husband agrees and
binds himself to pay to the Wif e, for her support and -

long as she remaiAS alive and unmarried. The Husband
further agrees to pay to the Wife lump sum alimony in
the sum of $17,000.00 within one year from date hereof. '
5. The Husband agrees to make and keep in
effect during his lifetime a Will devising and bequeathing

hereafter the parties are still united in marriage, the
Wife and Husband shall file separate iederal income tax
returns and the Wife shall pay the federal inconie tax on
