The parties agree that this property shall be sold and

the Wife sha'.l receive the sum of $8,000.00 for her
interest in the property. This sum shall be net to her ,
exclusive of prorations, deductions, etc., aad shall be
paid at the date of closing of the sale of the property
~ or within one (1) year from the date of this Agreement,
whichever first occurs. Until sale, the Husband shall
be responsible for taxes, mortgage payments, insurance
and other ex~enses in connection with the maintenance
and preservation of the said property.
The parties agree that the property interests •
referred to above shall be transferred at such time
following the signing of this Agreement as each party may
reasonably request. In the event either party desires to
sell any piece or parcel of land referred to in this

Agreement which is to belong to her or him ande r this
Agreement, then the other party agrees to sign ~he deed
