6. Guardian policy i~2135737 in the

waivar of premium benefit;

in the face amount of $10, 000.00.
The Husband agrees that immediately following
the execution of this Agreement that the Wife shall b~ ,
irrevocably named as beneficiary in connection with each
of the above ~isted policies and he represents and -
warrants that the policies are and shall be kept free,
clear and unencumbered and that all premiums will be
paid when due. F~ssession of said policies numbered
1, 2, 3 and 4 shall be delivered to the Wife. The
Husband agrees to furnish evi~ence, upon request, that
all dues, premiums and assessments have been paid and
that the policies are in full force and effect; he shall
not have power to horrow against or pledge the policies
or to surrender them. The parties agree that the policy -
Iisted in No. 4 above, which is a$50,000.00 level term
