- ~ 17. The Husband agrees to maintain his member-
ahip in the Riviera Country Club, Coral Gables, Florida,
tor the use of the minor children, but the Aife shall
be respo~sible for expenses incurred by the children
at said country club. -
18. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall
be construed to prevent either party from instituting
an action for divorce in any~competent ~urisdiction
against the other because of any past or future fault
on the other*s part. This Agreement may be offered in -
evidence by either party in any action for divorce and,
-if acceptable to the Court, shall~~be incorporated by '
reference in the Judgment that may be rendered.
19. Paymen':s to be made hereunder by the
Husband to the Wife shall be made by check and shall be
sent to the Wife or to the Wife's bank, at her instruction.
The Wife may, from time to time, specify other addresses

I at which said payments shall be mailed. The Husband shall

not receive any credit for auy payments hereunder unless
said payments~ have been actuallg rece ived by the Wife.
, 20. The Husband agrees that he will pay to - ,

21. xt is recognized that tho Wife, as an
accomm~c~;~tion to the Nusband, has signed certain promissory
