notes and a~ortgages for the benefit of the Husband
in his business aad o~her endeavors. It is expressly
understood and agreed that the Husband hereby assumes
the said iadebtedness and agrees to pay the same; the
IPife shall not be liable to pay any portion of said
notes, mortgages or other indebtednesses. The Husband
shall save and keep the Wife harmless from aay claims
of any kind or nature in connection with any other
notes or indebtednesses incurred by the Husband in
and about the operation of his business or otherwise.
The Husband shall indemnify the Wife against and hold -
her harmless from any claim, damage or liability as a
- result of such indebtednesses and shall be responsib~e

for all expenses, in~luding attorney's fees, occasi.oned
by said claim, damage or liability. ~
22. Each party shall at any tine when re-
quested execute and deliver to the other party any and
all instruments and assurances which the other party may -

reasonably require for the purpose of giving full force
and e~fect to the provisions of this Agreement.
23. Each~of the parties agree that this
Agreement contains the entire undersi:anding and ther~
are no representations, warranties, covenants or under = ~

24. The Wife agrees that she has had advice
and bencfit of counsel and that the Husband has made
