All parts of the Condominium shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and no rubbish, reflxse or garbage allowed to accumulate nor any fire hazard allowed to eaist. No apartment owner shall permit any use of his apartment or make any use of the common elements that wiYl increase the cost oP insurance upon the Condo- minium-Property. { 12.6 Law2'ul use.
