13.1 Tranafera aub~ect to appz*oval.
(a) Sale. No apartment oMner may diapose oP an apart-
ment or ar~y~-3ntereat in an apartment by sale without approv- _
al of the Aasociation. ~
(b) Lease. No apartment oMeier maq lease an apartment
aithout approval of the Asaociation, eacept rrith the expreas
written conaent of the Board of Directors of the Association
or of the Developer,-arid auch cona~nt xhen once given ar~d
relied upon in connection Mith the ~urchaae and acquiaition
of a Condominium Apartment Unit may not thereafter be revolaed
or terminated Mithout the conaent of the apartment oxnera.
(c) aift. If anq apartment oMner shall acquire title
by gift, t~e continuance of hia o~rr~erahip of hia apart~eent
shall be sub~ect to the approval of t!:e Asaociation.
(d ) Devise or inheritance. If ar~y apartwent o~+ner
shall acqu re a e y ev se or inheritance, the con-
tinuance of hia ormerahip of his apartment shall be aub~ect
to the approval of the Aasociation.
(e) Other Tranafera. If arpr apnrtment oMner ahall
acquire his e y ar~y manner not conaidered in the fore-
going sub-aections, the continuance of his oNnership of hia
apartment ahall be sub~ect to the approval of the Associa-
tion.
13.2 A roval b Association. The approval of the Aasocia-
. tion that is requ re or e ransfer of o~+nership of apartments
shall be obtained in the fo21o~?ing manner:
(a) Notice to Association.
~ (1) Sale. An apartment oMner inter~ding to ma~ae
a bona fide sale of his apartment or any interest in
it sha11 give to the Aasociation notice of such inten-
tion, together with the name and addresa of the inten-
ded purchaser arxi such other informntion concerMng
the intended purchaser as the Asaociation ma~ reaaon- ~
ably require. Such notice at the apartment oMner's
option may include a demand by the apartment orrner that
the Aasociation furr~iah a purchaser of the apartment
if the proposed purchaser ia not approved; ar~d if such
demand is ma~e, the notice ahall be accompanied by an
executed copy of the propoaed contract to sell.
(2 ) Lease. An apdrtment ormer intend ing to me~loe
a bona Pi~ease of hia apartment or any inte~est in
it shall give to the Aaaociation notice of such in-
tention, together Nith the r~am~ and addresa of the in- :
tended leasee, such other information concerning the
inter~ded lesaee as the Aaaociation may reasonably re-
quire and an executed copy oP the proposed leaae.
