RESOLU'i`ION NO. 71-70
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,

-.after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at ~ east fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property _
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie Cour,ty
that the hereinafter described request for a change in zoning class- ~
ification be GRANTED, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Comm~s~_oners held a public hearing,
and at the cor.clusion of said hearing adopted Resolution No. 71-53
denying ~aid rezoning, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 71-~9`a,dopted on June S, 1971, said
Board of County Commissioners rescinded Resolution Ne. 71-53 and set
a public tiearing for 9:00 A.M. on July 6, 1971, to reconsider said
petition, and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published in the_News Tribune

'I on June 14, 1971, said date being at least fifteen (15) days priar
to the date of said hearing and all property owners within 300 feet
were notified by mail of said hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners:

E of St. Lucie County in meeting assecnbled this 6th day of July, 1971,

as follows:
THAT the zoning of the following described property, to-wit:
"~~NW4 of SE4r less North SO feet for Indrio Road
in Section 13, Township 34 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida
owned by. FORT PIERCE FLORZDA GARDEN ESTATES, INC., be and the same is
hereby changed from R-1C (one family dwelling) to R-3 (multiple
dwelling) .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Zoning Director of St. Lucie
