by St. Lucie County to locate, construGt, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a•drainage ditch in said County; and,
h'HEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said

held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made ~
for the undprsigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises ~
hereinafter described.

the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable cons.idera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
