THIS Wl~RRANTY D~D, Made the day of July, 1971, by
MARCELLE STSNROOS. the surviving spouse and unremarried widaw
of JOHN STSNROOS, hereinafter called the "Grantor", to CAMERON$
T. BLIZ$R, whose~p~st office address is 2073 Cypress Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the "Grantee":
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor"
and "Grantee" include all the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assigns of cor-
porations)
WITN~SSSTH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
love and affection, hereby qrants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases,-eonveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the tract
--of land on Causeway Island excepted from the
j description for "Declaration of Abandonment",

line_ of State Road A-1-A (Seaway Drive); thence

of-way line of State Road A-1-A, 172.1 feet to a
Point of Curvature; thence on a circular curve to
the left of a radius of 766.8 feet and a central
angle of 3 deg. 48 min., 77.9 feet; thence North ~
