( itv-ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGAGEE AND MORTGAGORS ~ ~
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT: ! ~
tl) The 1~IORTGAGOR herein shall make within days of the d~e date, the payments called ; ~

option make these pa~~nss, adding said payments made to the balan~e due hereunder. If any one or all of i
the aforesaid payments remain unpaid for a period of 7 days or more, then the MORTGAGEE can at ~
