and ratice of protest for nsre-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either ~nefore
or ahe~ maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay ail costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any defa~it hereunder, and hereby severally waives al! benefit of homestead and
~ exernption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any extension of renewat hereof_
