SATISFACTION OF LIEN 212~1
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, HOLi1~AY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, A CONDOMIIVIUM, a Corporation
not for profit organized and existing und~r the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter
referred to as the "Lienor", in accordance with the terms of that certain claim of lien
dated Dece~ber 16, 1970 and recorded in Official Record Book f88 at page2874
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, claimed a lien against certain lots
in Holiday Out at St. Lucie, . a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium
recorded in Official Record Book 168 at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto, said lots being located in said
St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described in Schedule A~ which is
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, and -
WHEREAS, the said Lienor has received full payment in satisfaction of said
~laim of lien upon the lands more particularly described in Schedule A,
NOW, THEREFORE, said ~.,ienor, in consideration of the premises, dces hereby
direct the Clerk of the Circuit =Court to cancel of record said claim of lien as to the lands
~ described in Schedule A, provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall in any-

; wise impair, alter or diminish the effect of said claim of lien on any lands therein

described and not hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Lienor has caused these presents to be executed
in its name, and its corpora~e seal to be hereunto affixed, ;by its proper officers there-
