Court having heard the testimony of the Plaintiff and having read ~
the deposition of the witness in her behalf, and being otherwise ~
fully advised in its premises, it is hereby _

CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, GRACE
RUSHING MAXWELL, be and is heYeby granted a divorce from the De-.
fendant, EARL L. MAXWELL, SR., andit is further ordered ,
That the Plaintiff shall have the care, custody and controZ
of the minor children; to-wit: Keith David Maxwell, age 19; and .

Gregory R. Max~ell, age 16, wi~h reasonable rights of visitation
to the Defendant. It is further '
CONSIDERED, ~tDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Property Settlement
Agreement entered into by the parties, dated the 20th day of
January, 1967, is hereby made a part of this Final Judgment and

~ the terms of said agreement shall be fully enforceable py virtue
of this Judgment.
